Wheel to wheel go-kart racing on an indoor road inspired by the
Monaco Grand Pix. While karts are slower then sports cars, they move
quickly around the tight indoor road course. Go karts feature many of
the same characteristics as race cars such as corner geometry,
threshold braking, passing, drifting, drafting, driving line, and team
work. Karting is an excellent way to sharpen skills during the winter
months. Drivers wear helmets and karting suits provided by Allsports
Grand Prix , the local go kart track selected. A wall made up of a
shock-absorbing material surrounds the track.
We are a group of sports car enthusiasts, some of who race our cars,
others who enjoy owning and driving them. We race together in a
friendly atmosphere of competition, vying for a points championship
over a 5 month schedule from January to May while at the same time
helping each other sharpen their driving skills. From June to
December we continue racing without a points championship. See the
full current schedule by clicking schedule to the left.
